The first call they need to make is to Joe Frederick(would be the best fit). Best assistant coach in the state! What they have done at Cov Cath is unreal! 4 regional titles, 2 state championships and 1 final four with a winning percentage 81%.

 

They need to change things over there. New Cath record the last few years has been really bad.

To win you need talent. No one is better at "attracting" talent than Joe Frederick. If NCC can get him and he is interested, they need to get him.

I don't think Joe Fredrick would last one season as a head coach, he would have multiple conflicts.

 

He is definitely a guy that operates best in the background.

NCC has made the official announcement. Ron Dawn has reassumed the head coach position of the boys basketball team and is retaining his position as principal.
