Raceland Football Players and Staff you made all of the alumni and community proud! We are extremely proud of all your work and dedication! Thanks for a wonderful season. Remember that once a Ram ALWAYS A RAM! The nice thing about Raceland is that you will always be apart of something that is greater than yourself! You'll see that and you will really treasure that when you are older. It is even more important than the wins and losses!

Congrats to Raceland on a great season. You took your community on a wonderful ride this year.

Always great to see such classy posts from the losing team. Congrats to Raceland on a great season. And keep it going Breds...

Just got back from the bus ride to Raceland . Nice stadium and classy fans . Had fun counting with them all in good natured fun of course . Congratulations to the Rams on an exceptional season .

Honestly, NCC defensive wins this ball game, they produced numerous turnovers that turned into points. NCC will win state, bottom line.

As a Lawrence Co guy it sure has been fun keeping up with Raceland this year! What a great season! The TD before the half and the start of the second half was the difference it sounds like. Congrats on a great year!

Thanks and same to you guys. You've always been great to us on our trips to NKY.

One thing on counting points. The cheerleaders have to do pushups along with you. LOL. Our cheerleaders are some of the strongest in the state.

Good luck on your run for sate.

Congratulations to NCC for the win – good luck next week.

Raceland had a great season this year and made our community proud! As others have said, the players, coaches and fans will have many sweet memories of this season – and they will last a lifetime. Hold your heads high.

I thought the comment that Kasey Clark made after the game was sincere and classy when he said in front of a reporter the he was really and truly hoping that Scott Grizzle and the Rams would get a chance to play on the carpet at Louisville. He said it would be really cool if both teams could make it to State and play back to back.

:thumb: That just shows what kind of character Kasey has. For him to do that was a class act. Kasey is a great kid with an even greater family and I wish him well at the next level. Good luck to Kasey and the Devils. Go get two in a row!!!!

The TD just before the half was a huge blow but IMO the difference in the game was when the QB made a great run on a 3rd & 23 with 3:48 seconds left in the third quarter and put the Breds up 24-20. That seemed to take the wind out of the defense and forced the offense to play catch up. From then on the Mo changed and the NCC defense went to work and their QB ran their offense like a pro with great decision making & pinpoint accuracy on his throws.

The breds were very good at converting 3rd and long. That takes a lot out of the D to think you have them on the ropes only to have them convert.
