Raceland Football Players and Staff you made all of the alumni and community proud! We are extremely proud of all your work and dedication! Thanks for a wonderful season. Remember that once a Ram ALWAYS A RAM! The nice thing about Raceland is that you will always be apart of something that is greater than yourself! You'll see that and you will really treasure that when you are older. It is even more important than the wins and losses!

:thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: Great post BB!!!:flame:

Just got back from the bus ride to Raceland . Nice stadium and classy fans . Congratulations to the Rams on an exceptional season .

Right back at ya KTNcc, I echo TGf in that the NKY teams are class and that we have always been treated with respect when we have been there in the past. Good Luck to the Breds the rest of the way.:thumb:

:thumb: That just shows what kind of character Kasey has. For him to do that was a class act. Kasey is a great kid with an even greater family and I wish him well at the next level. Good luck to Kasey and the Devils. Go get two in a row!!!!

:thumb: :thumb:

Congrats NCC - Go represent our REGION well - like you did last year! :thumb:

Rams and fans - you guys had an awesome run this year and you have everything to be proud of - CLASS exudes throughout your program from the fans, the players and coaches - and we have had great discussions on BGP with all of you! You guys represented District 6 well. Thank you for that.

Now we all need to pull for NCC and keep the State Title in our Region - just to show the other Regions where the toughest football gets played year in and year out...go look back at where the State Titles have come from in the past 6 years - mostly thru NKY!

Always great to see such classy posts from the losing team. Congrats to Raceland on a great season. And keep it going Breds...

Thank You GT, we will always give respect to a team and fans that give us respect and the NKY teams have done that.:thumb: Imo to be the best you have to beat the best and we just fell short to the best in NCC.

That was the first time that I have ever seen a flyover at a high school football game . Nice touch !

Congrats NCC - Go represent our REGION well - like you did last year! :thumb:

Thank you EE for the respect that you and others from LCA have shown Raceland :thumb: . As for the second part of your post you are 100% correct and I can't count the times through the years that we (Raceland) have lost to a NKY team that has went on to win the state title and I hope that is the case again this year now that we are out of it.

To all the Ram Seniors and team.......I know that you are hurting this morning but you have made this community and area proud, the "Orange Crush" had a great season (11-2), won our 16th district title and advanced to another (10 I believe in all) region championship game. Seniors, again I want to thank you for all the years of your dedication, hard work, blood, sweat and tears for the Raceland Football Program. As another poster said "Once a Ram, Always a Ram" and you will not be forgotten. Thank You! For all the underclassmen, the bar has been and example has been set at it's always high expectations, you have been a big part of this team / band of brothers also. Next year it is up to you to carry this tradition on and hopefully take it higher. For all the Coaches - thank you for another great job in teaching these young men the game of football and more important the game of life! Raceland fans I don't want to leave you out, the fan support has ALWAYS been the backbone of Raceland Football. Hey guys, I am still stinging from the loss also but the sun came up this morning and the countdown to next season is underway. GO RAMBLERS!!!!:ylsuper:

Raceland players, coaches, and fans, congrats on a great season and a great game last night. That is one high power offense I saw last night. You left it all on the field and I admired the support from your fans. I was most impressed with your LB #51. I'm sure if you looked up football player in the dictionary, this young mans picture would be there.

That was the first time that I have ever seen a flyover at a high school football game . Nice touch !

Thanks. It's a touch from a couple of years ago when we were the air raid offense.

If it had been daylight you would have seen a Russian fighter jet, but it doesn't have enough lights to be seen at night. It would have been about 10 times louder and you would have seen a rollout at the end and going vertical. Now that is an awesome sight.

Great post:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

That pretty much sums it up for all us die hard, orange blooded rams.

As far as years to come. We lost a lot this year but there's some great talent ready to move up and fill the voids

GO RAMS:ylsuper: :ylsuper: :ylsuper:

Thanks for the support EE. It's been great posting up with you guys this season and maybe I'll get to meet some of you guys next season. We'll be looking forward to another district title next year

For you NCC fans here's a link to a local photographer who takes some great game photos. I know he's a Ram fan but there's some really great shots of the NCC players in action

I would also like to add a congratulations to Coach Vanderhoof! What a remarkable year for him personally. He guided the Rams baseball team to the 16th Region title game and the winningest season in baseball history and then started in July and did the same thing with football. District Champs and Region Title game and the winningest season in Ram Football history. The only thing that I didn't mention about Coach Vanderhoof is he is a better character than coach so our kids couldn't ask for a better role model! He is both a GREAT Coach and a Tremendous Person!! I would like to tell him thanks for all he does to help the kids of Raceland be successful athletes and become quality men!!

Great Season RAMS! The Raceland players left everything on the field last night. You couldnt ask for a better group of seniors, you guys will always be remembered! It's been a great run!!! Congrats to NCC and good luck the rest of the way.
