My heart goes out to the Raceland Seniors. You guys had a heck of a season and made everyone in the community proud. You have nothing to be ashamed of. It was a special season and one you and the fans will remember for a lifetime. All the Rams players have represented your school, community and parents with great character and you have all of my respect for your efforts. Tonight will feel like the worst time in your life but tomorrow begins a new chapter in your life. Meet the new challenges as you have these last four years and you will continue to be a success.

Great job and a great year and I am PROUD to be a RAM fan!!!!!!

Another shootout tonight!

Congratulations to NCC. Keep focused on your goal.

Tonight was not a total loss. I had the pleasure of meeting dozer22 and his parents. Great guy with a great family and a son that is one heck of a football player. Good luck to you & your son on your quest for another title.

I hope you enjoyed your stay in Ram Stadium and had a safe trip home.

Also the student section for NCC was fantastic and full of energy all night!! Great job in supporting your program with class.:thumb:

Congrats to NCC on their victory and best of luck next week as you continue on. The Rams had a great 1st half, but as OldRambler said, the NCC score as time ran out at the half was a turning point I believe. A great season for the Rams.

Who does NCC have next week?

Great job in supporting your program with class.:thumb:

As were the NCC fans on the game update thread . Pulling for their team with class and there is nothing wrong with that.;)

Who does NCC have next week?

Somerset at Somerset

Cville did you tell him that if they won we were going to lock the gate and probably wouldn't let him out untill around Wednesday :sssh: . Is he still inside Ram Stadium with the lights out?:D Just kidding dozer, cville is as good of person as they get and I am glad that Raceland could accomodate you. I wish I could have been there not only for the game but to meet you.:thumb:

I was told the penalty on Beach for celebration was assessed wrong. It should been assessed on the extra point not the ensuing kickoff. I know the score got a little lopsided but a 20-10 lead at half instead of 20-16 could have made some difference. How can officials make this mistake in the playoffs?

Did Raceland staff question it at all?

I don't know what was said, but right after the exta point kick, Coach Hoof did go out and talk to an official.

Congrats to NCC on a great win. I was definately pulling for the Rams the entire season and I think they had an increditibly successful season. I wish it would have been different, that's all I know to say right now. I wish it were different.

I thought the comment that Kasey Clark made after the game was sincere and classy when he said in front of a reporter the he was really and truly hoping that Scott Grizzle and the Rams would get a chance to play on the carpet at Louisville. He said it would be really cool if both teams could make it to State and play back to back.

Congrats to NCC on a hard thought win and good luck on your run to the state. NCC has a truly 1st class program and 1st class players and fans.

A big thank you to my Rams. Thanks for a great season and some really exciting football. I've watch you seniors since your first days in the JFL.

J.T., Scotty, Brad, Clint, Scotty Mac, Benji. Gonna miss you guys. Thanks.
