Any stats or details of the game?

 

Tight game throughout, probably within 6 points all game either way. Lawrence had foul trouble first half for Campbell, Miles and Brook were in foul trouble all game for WV with Brook fouling out in 4th and Miles sitting for about 5 minutes in 2nd half with 4. Jolly dominated and probably had close to 20/10 and Wilson shot the 3 ball extremely well. WV was just steady, Miles had 18/5 and Pardee had around 15. Just an all around great high school game between 2 top notch teams.

Bearcats are pretty tough to beat at home. The place is usually packed and it gets loud in there. Always a great atmosphere!

 

There was a nice crowd, but not packed.

Campbell County (13-4) - Wirth 1 1 3, Wilson 4 0 11, R. Jolly 9 7 26, Gross 1 0 3, Lawrence 2 1 5. Totals: 17 9 48.

 

 

Walton-Verona (15-3) - Jones 3 2 10, Schrader 2 0 5, Pardee 6 3 15, Grubbs 2 2 6, Miles 7 4 18. Totals: 20 11 54.

 

Halftime: WV 24-23. 3-pointers: WV 3 (Jones 2, Schrader); CC 5 (Wilson 3, R. Jolly, Gross).

This was a great game and atmosphere.

The epitome of Kentucky High School Basketball.

 

Jolly had a great game for CC but WV just has too many weapons and plays better D than most the teams CC has seen.

 

Miles and Pardee both played amazing.

Camels soft early Schedule might be a factor also in this one. Outside of Beechwood and GRC they really haven't been tested in any games...
