Great game, Boyle needs a running game Danville’s defense is really good but their offense is nonexistent.

My apologies to the Ads, I really thought they would get a running clock put on them. Boyle is the better team but have some work to do if they want to get back to Lexington, probably will help to get Crawford back. Danville limited Boyle rushing to just under 100 yards. Danville probably gave the Boyle receivers too much cushion, giving them 8 to 10 yards a pass play. I’m sure Clevenger told them not to let them get behind them, but a little too much cushion. The last points were easier for Boyle because Danville had to roll the dice and gave them short fields. Good luck to Boyle the rest of the season. I feel good about our chances to win the district.

Never, Never, ever underestimate this game. Blowouts are a thing of the past in this rivalry. Boyle has so much more overall talent than Danville, but Coach Clevenger gets every single ounce of blood, sweat, and tears from his players. The Ads literally playing to the point of exhaustion was inevitably was the difference in the game.

 

If Drew Baker doesn't make a TD saving tackle for Boyle, Danville goes up 21-20 in the 4th quarter, and in my opinion, wins the game.

 

Congrats on both teams for a very entertaining game for Titletown! With a little luck we can both get back to Kroger Field!

Boyle County was extremely fortunate that a few things went their way in the 2nd half or Danville wins this one. Great game!

Reed was under pressure more than it seemed tonight. Pardue called more roll out passes to relieve some of that pressure.

So Boyle finished the game outscoring Danville 34-3 after trailing 14-0 early.

Danville gave Boyle all they wanted for 4qtrs, they held Boyle to under 100 yards rushing, and Lanter didnt pass for a TD. Special teams won the game for Boyle. Danville has got to find something on offense, they look really bad on offense, but their defense came to play tonight. I think Danville will be a tough out for anybody come playoff time. Coach Clevenger is a hell of a coach and does a great job.
