Zach Smith said he himself is unclear what all Urban knew in 2015. He said plenty of people knew of allegations. He said Gene Smith (the AD) called him and sent him home from a recruiting trip because Gene knew in 2015 of the allegations.

 

Zach Smith said Ohio State did everything right. The police was working with the university to investigate the matter in 2015. The school let the police run point, in their investigation there was not enough there to file charges or arrest.

1) If this story is true, which seems to be adding up, zero chance he is fired.

2) If he notified Gene Smith that’s his only obligation

3) If he reported it to Gene Smith and the university investigated they wouldn’t have found anything because the Powell PD never filed charges and Courtney at the time the Smiths attorney(s) still had the legal documents sealed so there is nothing to investigate.

4) Zach Smith denied the allegations when Urban talked to him, no charges were filed, and no one was talking.

Also all of the stuff that has been said so far by Urban and Zach with regards to how OSU handled everything is pretty easy to prove. If they lied about any of it, it would come out and they would be stupid as hell.

Do you have a Powell PD report proving it? I know you are labeling him guilty but where is the evidence? That still means something. It came out today that there was up to 60, 911 calls.. why zero charges or no arrest? Becareful spreading slander without evidence.

I don’t know his wife, I don’t know him. All I have to go off is evidence. 60+ 911 calls to the Powell PD, no charges, no arrest, nothing.

 

You have to direct your inquiries to the Powell PD and her parents and ask them if she’s lying, who keep in mind knew of all the abuse and did nothing..per Courtney’s own admission.

 

As a fellow member, id discourage slander without evidence.

Smith hid a criminal trespass charge from Meyer, against his lawyers guidance a few months ago, when Smith went to drop his son off to her, he dropped him off in the driveway and she had her phone out recording him on her property and reported it. Maybe Meyer had enough of all the crap?

So now we have to wait and see who had the juice. Gene Smith or Urban Meyer. I say Gene Smith takes the fall on this one.

 

They both should be fired though.
