Taking his talents...

Featured Replies

I agree it will be a surprise and my surprise pick that i been saying for months is the Knicks.

The Knicks make a lot of sense as well. When was the last time the Knicks won a title? What was the #1 song then? September by Earth, Wind and Fire? They need LeBron and if they work it right I could see them getting him.

No doubt Miami would do what it takes to get him back. However I don't think he would have better talent around him. Especially if no other star joins him.

You let DWade rest properly and not play back to backs, take off a week or two at a time and he can still have moments worthy of a star performance. At the same time as much as I love that roster I’d still move whatever it took to get the other star LeBron wants. You aren’t losing if you can find a way to get LeBron and Cousins on the same team.

I think he stays too but I do think that LeBron talks to KD about teaming up somewhere. If that happens I think that is the only plausible scenario where KD doesn’t stay at Golden State.

Yeah I guess that’s possible. I think KD likes his spot tho and not many teams have room for two max guys.

I think his family did as well. DWade is there. Miami’s supporting cast is exponentially better than Cleveland’s. All they need is LeBron and they are instantly at worst the second best team in the East. It sets up nicely for him.......

Listening to Mad Dog weekend edition today, the host, Big O, is a huge Heat guy. He seems to think Miami has zero chance.

I read an article and they had Miami as one of his top 5 options. This is why I am so excited. So many different takes on where he will go and why. This is going to be a fun month or so. :lol2:

I’d be really surprised if KD left Golden State. I halfway expect Steph to leave Golden State before KD. That being said I don’t see any of them ever leaving Golden State. They’d be stupid to.

Well Kevin Love was considered a top 10 player before he played with LeBron. So just adding a top player to play with him doesn't guarntee much. Especially since him playing with other stars in the past typically has made those stars look not as good. The only one who seemed to stay a star was Irving and he wasn't exactly considered a top 20 player yet. So maybe it was James joining him, or maybe was just getting older. However history shows when James teams up with stars. They don't necessarily look like stars as much anymore. Still good, but usually are not looked at as stars anymore.

No argument there but that should be expected. And that’s why Miami without another star player looks so attractive to me. When you play with LeBron you become a role player. If Cleveland wins Game 1 the whole dynamic of the series changes. The role players in Miami suit him way more than the ones in Cleveland. If he is good enough to bring Cleveland to the Finals then I can’t help but think that in Miami with their role players he could truly have a good chance to win the series.

I just read where Westbrook might come to Cleveland to join James.

Didn’t he sign an extension with OKC?

Miami's roster is better? Really? Especially after they lose people once taking on his contract? Me thinks if he goes to Miami we will hear for like the 12th time in his career, LeBron needs more help.
Miami’s roster is definitely better than the Cavs. I think Miami is an upgrade at every position besides Lebron and Kevin Love. I agree it would not be nearly enough and he would still need more help to beat Golden State, but I think it’s still enough to get them out of the East.
It would be by trade.

What does Cleveland have to offer? It would take more than Kevin Love.

That would be Tony Orlando & Dawn’s “Tie A Yellow Ribbon Round The Ole Oak Tree”.

Rounding out the Top 5

“You Are The Sunshine Of My Life”-Stevie Wonder

“Little Willy”-The Sweet

“The Cisco Kid”-War

“Drift Away”-Dobie Gray

Love and Hill.
