March 7, 20188 yr I don't think they're quite in just yet, definitely helps, but a lot depends on what else happens in the next handful of days. A win tomorrow locks it up. Lose and it's going to be a nerve-racking weekend for the Cards.

March 7, 20188 yr Good freaking lord put teams away! If I wouldn’t have had a room full of 12 year olds, I would have been shouting obscenities. Watching stressful basketball without beer is incredibly difficult.

March 7, 20188 yr They went 2-1 against Florida State.... Correct. I remembered the comeback win at FSU and "assumed" they beat them at the Yum! Forgot about that wretched stretch losing to FSU and Syracuse at home.
March 8, 20188 yr According to Lundardi, with a win today Louisville’s tournament chances were 100%. Hope he's right. Louisville at times plays like they could give fits to some good teams in the tournament but just haven't got over the hump all season. Maybe with the line up change something might click. I'm worried if the cards lose Florida State will take our spot. Their home win vs NC worries me.
March 8, 20188 yr This was a really good win for UL. Tough for the committee to put Va. Tech or FSU in over UL when UL has the head to head advantage over both of them.
March 8, 20188 yr I’m glad for the win, don’t know if it’s quite enough to get them in though. Guess we will see how it all plays out. If they beat Virginia, it should be a lock.
