January 12, 20188 yr Total. Domination. The Yum Center was ELECTRIC tonight and the girls fed off it. Asia Durr finished with 36 and the Lady Cards improved to 19-0 on the year.
January 12, 20188 yr Author Myisha Hines-Allen added a career-high 31 points and 12 rebounds. Louisville shot 72% in the first half. Ogunbowale, ND’s leading scorer at 20.8ppg finished with only 5.
January 12, 20188 yr Total domination. Cards are for real. Really looking forward to the UCONN game. Two best teams in the country. I hope they meet for the championship too.
January 12, 20188 yr All kinds of ates in this game. DominATE, ObliterATE, AnnilATE, Durr was grATE. Im a UK fan but that was fun to watch. Congrats to that bunch of Cards.
January 12, 20188 yr Hopefully the pollers will show them some respect and they will get some 1st place votes. They deserve it.
January 12, 20188 yr Author Hopefully the pollers will show them some respect and they will get some 1st place votes. They deserve it. I don't know how they couldn't at least get some votes. UCONN and ND already played, with UCONN winning by 9.
January 13, 20188 yr Love seeing this result. Was paying attention to the score of this one, while I was watching the game I had on. Love seeing the ladies get some notice on here. Maybe I will start posting on the ladies games I watch.
January 13, 20188 yr I like watching WBB. It's more fundamental than the men's game. Very enjoyable. I also like the 4 quarter setup better than the 20 minute halves. There are 2 fewer media timeouts. Instead of under 16, under 12, under 8, and under 4 timeouts in each half. You have an under 5 in each quarter the the quarter break. In fact, any team timeout prior to the 5 minute mark in a quarter is considered the media timeout. No one and one foul situations, anymore. The team fouls reset to 0 prior the start of each quarter and players are awarded 2 shots on the opposing team's 5th foul of each quarter. Another of the rule changes the NCAA made a couple of years ago reflected and old NBA rule. I don't know whether the NBA still does it or not. Inside the last minute of a game or an overtime, a team can call time out after an opposing team basket and the ball is advanced to mid court. I have been surprised at how it affects time out usage. Conserve them or use them? It's changed game play more than I expected. I like all of these rules, and wish they'd do the same on the men's side.
