January 12, 20188 yr It’s been raining off and on all day here in Owsley County but for the past 90 minutes it’s been a heavier rain. 39 degrees at 5:00 pm. If all the rain we’ve had so far had been snow it would be probably 5 -6 inches. But we’ve been formulate .....so far.

They cancelled everything here and closed banks,doctor's offices' etc. at 1 for 35 degrees and rain. This is really getting old.
