Sims was injured and unable to be active so the Bengals released him then picked him back up a couple weeks later when he was healthy again.

December 26, 20178 yr You have to think that all they will really use him for is info on the Steelers D and their calls in certain situations. I wouldn't be shocked if he barely sees the field.
