Excited for this tournament.

To me it looks like Trinity goes the distance in the top half of the bracket while Fern Creek and Cov. Cath will meet in an epic semifinal game. I'm gonna go with Trinity and Fern Creek in the finals. Of course I know nothing about the out of state teams but I'm sure they're no scrubs. I'll be pulling for the 8th teams as my adopted region but teams like Fern Creek, Trinity, Cov. Cath I think are just on a whole other level.

Just to close the loop, what I had seen was their 10 point win over Bowling Green. At least I'm only partially crazy.

One of the things I miss most about moving from Louisville is going to this tournament. I got to enjoy it for 13 straight years and have seen some big time players grace that court. I was hoping my son's Madison Central team would get invited this year but didn't happen. If you haven't ever been to one, I would suggest you take it in. If you are interested in seeing some great KY HS basketball teams, as well as some great out of state teams, this tournament is the place to be.
