October 19, 20178 yr Fried Chicken Wings and a greek salad. Snack later was smoked Goda cheese and a pear. I love fruit and cheese, eat it almost every day. My favorite is nectarines and feta cheese. I also put salt on my fruit, I put salt on everything I eat. I also have low blood pressure....go figure.

Just picked up a grinder as well.
October 19, 20178 yr You are more than welcome to eat with us. I would love that. I get my hair cut in downtown Winchester once every few weeks. The man who cuts my hair used to live in Winchester. He moved to Asheville but comes back every three weeks to cut clients' hair. Winchester is one of my very favorite cities in KY. I absolutely love coming there.

October 19, 20178 yr Was in a hurry and the only thing close by and on the way was a KFC. Got some chicken tenders and potato wedges. Those chicken tenders are awful!!

Would be great to find when the boys and girls play as our girls have a great team and are very special too. I can introduce you to my special group that I set with each home game. All retired many teachers, principals and superintendent. Coach Strong comes to a few games.
