October 24, 20178 yr Ate at the house. Homemade baguette, homemade pickles, homemade jalapeno mustard, a hunk of "Cougar Gold" 5 year-aged cheddar (Wash. St. Univ.), a hunk of wine salami, some Carr's Water Crackers, some marinated mushrooms and peppers, and a Fat Tire Ale. Called in at 1:30 and told them I was "working from home" the rest of the day. Its good to be the King.

October 24, 20178 yr Didn’t now it was a one day event. How was it? Did pick up some Bison from Costco this weekend. I did not partake. I can eat venison in chili, but all I could think of is that gamey, dry taste when it is used other ways, so I abstained.
October 24, 20178 yr What! You missed out on the one-day only venison sandwich at Arby's? That is what my nephew wanted for his birthday. So my sister drove about 40 miles to get him the sandwich. He loved it. He just turned 12. I didn't know about it or that is what I would fed my family.
