That's pretty much every show I watch. I don't count most of them as "garbage" shows but a few are.

All those Food Network and HGTV shows....Property Brothers, Love it or List it, Fixer Upper, Texas Cake House, Food Network Star, Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped, The Kitchen, etc.

I watch Beachfront Bargain Hunt with my wife on HGTV. Mainly because I plan on being in a similar situation in the future.
