The Gallatin vs. Walton games this year should be a good time.

In Region 1 ...

 

1. St. Mary ... already has a big injury to deal with in point guard Jonathan Byrd, out until Christmas after tearing his ACL this summer.

 

2. Mayfield ... if point guard Demetrek Moss is back with them (looks like he won't be), they could win the whole thing and the regional title.

 

3. Fulton County ... good talent, lots of athleticism, big-time chemistry issues.

 

4. Heath ... good size inside (6-8 and 6-5) and a good shooter, but point guard questions.

 

5. Reidland ... needs to develop some guys to go around star Mario Johnson.

I agree with Brossart at #1... but I think St. Pat and Bracken are much better than advertised... them 2 and Augusta round out the top 4.

The 14th will be as competitive as last season with JBS, Hazard, and Lee Co. being the favorites. I also see Buckhorn, Cordia, and Knott Central making a run for it as well.

I can't even take your list seriously, Henry isn't even a class A school.

I agree with the top 4 but I am not sure who would be #5. Any of the top 4 could win the thing just depends on team chemistry and injuries.
