Growing up and for the first few years I lived out here, it was Pepsi, then Diet Pepsi. Then after awhile of Pepsi not being available in most places I gradually switched to Diet Coke. But recently, over the last few months, it's been Diet Dr Pepper.

 

I amazed at the volumes of Mt Dew I see being consumed in this area.

When I want an Ale-8, I have the real deal.

 

Ice cold and out of a glass bottle.

For many years the #1 and #2 distributors of Mt. Dew were the Pepsi Distributors in Southern and Eastern Kentucky.

Coke - My All-time go to, I love me some Ice Cold Coca-Cola...especially in those little bottles or from McD's!

Diet Coke - Nastiest substance on the planet behind only Tab and Pepsi.

Pepsi - :puke: I have never been able to stomach Pepsi

Mountain Dew - If I'm hot and it's cold, I'll crush one...probably don't drink it 3 or 4 times a year though

Dr. Pepper - What I get if I'm at a "Pepsi" restaurant

Ale8One - I LOVE Ale8One, best part of spending time in Richmond/Winchester area was an Ale8One machine in the lounge.

A&W - Great, in the Frosty Mug (There should never be Ice in Root Beer)

Sprite - Great as well, but I only like it from a can...not sure why.

Diet Mountain Dew out of the Dollar Tree or Little Caesars cooler(always ice cold)

McDonald's Coke and or Sweet Tea

Ale-8 is the most perfect soft drink ever created. If I didn't mostly drink diet drinks that'd be all I'd drink.

 

Diet Code Red Mountain Dew is typically my preferred option. I'm staring at two empty cans on my desk right now.

 

From this list, I chose Mountain Dew because it's the closest to what I do drink.

 

Ale-8 is the most God awful thing ever made on this planet.

Should be an option for none of the above.

From the list - Pepsi by a lot.

 

 

However, I drink A & W rootbeer mostly.

Used to drink a ton of Diet Cokes, but was able to get off soda pops fortunately. I'll have an orange or grape soda every few weeks now.

I'll have what mexitucky's having.

I rarely drink soft drinks. However, I had an Ale 8 last weekend, the first in more years than I care to mention. Man was that thing sweet. Not what I remembered.

I know they put a lot into making it taste similar, but to me it just doesn't. I'm not willing to compromise the pure Ale-8 taste. When I want an Ale-8, I have the real deal.

 

Oh, I agree but I have to drink the damn diet stuff but occasionally I'll sneak down the road and have a real one......I just don't tell the Doc and ESPECIALLY the wife. :thumb:

Of those five listed, I'd probably drink Diet Coke. However, I'd prefer Diet Dr. Pepper to any of them.

Dr. Pepper, but I really wish I didn't like any of them.
