Johnson's been talking a little smack....

“You tell 37 (Rodney Harrison) that I’m going to knock his helmet off,” Johnson said. “You tell Asante (Samuel) to make sure he has help for all four quarters or his 22 is going to be a 55. Isn’t that what it looks like upside down?

“Wait a minute, I’m not finished,” he said. “You tell Junior (Seau) that when I’m done with him . . . never mind, I’m not going to pick on Junior. That’s not a good one. I could get hurt there.

Harrison's reply.... and this was just one of many things he said...

"If Chad knocks my helmet off, I will retire immediately"

Bengals 31

Pats 17

I get this funny feeling the Bengals are going to blast the Pats. Nothing about NE's defense impresses me, and I think that translates into a 17-21 point win for Cincy.

I try to stay out of these prediction threads because I think I dont want to Jinx the Bengals, but I got the same feeling. That is why I really am not that worried actually about this game... Im just curious to see though if Marvin will play Chris Henry or not though....

Help me out, why wouldn't he?

Help me out, why wouldn't he?

Just because of what happened this week with him and the Odell thing. I read something in bengals.com when they asked Marvin something about it, and they said they wasn't sure if they would have him dress for this game or not...

Pats don't have that great of a receiver corps so I think the Bengals corners could have a potientially monster day.

Bengals 30 (2 chad td's by the way haha)

Pats 20

I'm gonna say 24-30 Bengals on top, I think the rain could actually help the Bengals, we'll see.

Facts are facts, the Pats are still a playoff team, they have no downfield threat but like GT stated, TE's seem to eat the Bengals alive and NE has a nice pair in Watson and Graham. The key for Cincy will be stopping the run, if they can do that I have no worries but that's why they play the game.

With Jeanty now doubtful, and B Simms just getting back on the field today, I'm not so sure. Maroney is very good at the one cut system, and he could be a nightmare. I'll also be watching Doug Gabriel, as it will be interesting to see if they use Joseph or James in one on one...

Well I have Doug Gabriel on my fantasy team, and I think he is due to have a breakout game for them soon since he has had time to learn some of the offense now. I just hope it comes after this week though...

The MetLife blimp is flying high today, so you know game-time is just around the corner. :ylsuper:
