What it doesn't show are the types of jobs men work vs what women work. The types of degrees women generally major in vs men. The hours women work vs men. The amount of overtime, negotiation skills, etc. Also, wouldn't the amount of women in the workforce vs men be heavily in favor of women if businesses can pay women less than men?

I can see why Ashley's speech would make a lot of men very uncomfortable. When the truth hits close to the home package , a man can be made to feel "uncomfortably numb."
