Trumps term starts tomorrow

Featured Replies

Tomorrow DonaldTrump will begin his four year term as OUR president, wether some like it or not. To be fair I voted for President Obama the first time around bc I wanted to have things shaken up in DC like most others. All we got was a proverbial wall built down the main aisle in congress and each party sabotoging the other. This year I voted for Trump bc I like the way he called people out and his general attitude that he couldn't be bought by big business bc he was big business. I truly hope he becomes our greatest president, not bc of who he is but bc that is what we need as a country. Let's not forget, wether we like it or not, we are all in this together.

I thought he isn't starting until Monday.

That still makes me laugh. Give a quick speech, hop on the plane for the resort in FL, and see you all on Monday.

Obviously, it has no impact on anything but the optics are humorous.

Not starting til Monday gives him time to break in the new bed sheets.

But most importantly, Obamas has ended. 8 years ago me and my family cried, in fear of our lives. Not knowing what tomorrow would hold for us. We thought 4 yrs ago there was a glimmer of hope, with Mitt Romney. Again, we gathered and cried in utter destain and fear for our way of life. But we have made the journey and keep the faith. My advice to my fellow Americans currently in the position my family was in 8 yrs ago..

I will assume the above is hyperbole. You didn't truly cry, right?

You feared for your life when Obama was elected? I'd be interested to know why. I didn't vote for President Obama, but I certainly didn't fear for my life when he was elected.

It's like when I'm trying to start a diet. Well can't start midweek, gotta wait for Monday.

Whether he does anything or not, the job begins Friday.

You DO know that you're probably going to hate most of what he does, right? Are you eager for that to begin?

Think of it this way, he's giving you a weekend free from torment.

Do not believe this.....the pen will be working overtime this weekend.
