Toss up between Notre Dame and Indiana.

UNC and Kansas.

 

UNC because they cheat and are given a pat on the back from the NCAA while saying "please don't do that again, we may actually have to do something about it next time.."

 

Kansas, mainly because they are a fraud. We hear every year about how great they are, how many Big 12 championships they have won in a row. Yet, they rarely ever do anything of any substance on the national scene. They're a blue blood and they are generally a top ten team, but lets leave them out of the championship talk until they can prove they are capable of acting on it. Yes, I know, they have 3 championships, but you would think they have 10 if you talk to a jayhawk fan or the media about their history.

 

Back in the day Indiana would have been #2 or a close 3rd. But they have become irrelevant enough that their fans are not as obnoxious as they used to be. No offense to @Bench, he is one of the good ones. But in general, Indiana fans can be complete idiots, especially with anything involving the state of Kentucky. It doesn't matter what it is, those people hate everything and anything about Kentucky. Call us hicks, inbred, etc. If you've ever traveled through Indiana on your way to the Chicago area, you know that it's the pot calling out the kettle. Weird group of people that live in that state.

When I lived in Indiana during the 90's it was easily Indiana #1 and #2

 

No one that jumps out that I "Like to see them lose", probably the other top teams like Duke, UNC, KU and Louisville and then a not top teams like Ohio State and WVU, when they lose I ain't going to to lie...I enjoy it.

North Carolina is way ahead of the pack.

 

Louisville or Duke would be second. Probably the Cards if I had to pick one.

I never root against teams. Just seems incredibly childish and immature to me.
