Who's Paying For That Wall?

I don't think how he says he's going to pay for it even matters. I'm betting that wall never even gets built.

That is a really good question.

When you used CNN as a topic reference, you made it a left vs right issue. Most on the right view CNN as a tabloid news organization driven by liberal ideology.

Other than President Trump coming out THIS MORNING saying the same thing?

That is a really good question.

Except it wasn't a question. :idunno:

Trump also came out and said that Mexico will reimburse the costs of the wall. I do not , however, see you citing those tweets!

He didn't say that last night when I started the thread. I wasn't aware of his "trust me -they'll pay for it" tweet until I got to work this morning.

It's hilarious to me how many people believed him. Like, literally makes me laugh. :lol2:

Same here.

But now they're walking it back. "Well, we didn't really believe him. We're smarter than that. We all knew it was just a bunch of lies to get elected.":lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2:

It will get built, might not be brick and mortar, but it will get built.

Same here.

"We don't care that we have to pay for the wall. Or that Hillary isn't going to jail. Or that he isn't Draining The Swamp. It's all good."

I don't care if he doesn't get one thing accomplished during his Presidency. I'm just glad it's not Hillary. :thumb:

As JJ has pointed out, DJT has made all his detractors, left and right, look pretty foolish. DJT has already done more for the economy as PEOTUS that POTUS has done the last 8 years!

So the thread is about the President promising us that Mexico will pay for the wall and then saying he'll try to get them to pay for the wall.

And we get responses talking about drugs, 538, and jobs.

Telling.
