I think the El Chapo Act,$14 billion dollars in asset forfeiture, proposed by Senator Ted Cruz, was a good idea for fund raising to start. In that way make a Mexican criminal's money pay for part of the wall. Make those who profit from illegal drugs pay for the wall. DHS puts the costs of a physical wall $21.6 billion. Is there any monies left from the Secure Fence Act of 2006? We have to do something to secure against illegals, drugs and terrorists.
