Favorite Eagles Song?

Now Jim, One of These Nights you're going to change your mind. You live too often in The Fast Lane with the Witchy Woman. Pace yourself for the Long Run because in the Last Resort you are really just a Desperado because the Greeks Don't Want No Freaks. :thumb:

Saw them in Louisville, summer of '76. Played for hours, other than Seger this was the best musical performance I ever saw in person. My favorite Eagles song changes about every three or four minutes. Right now it's New kid in town!

So many, but I'll go with Witchy Woman.

Eagles were part of the Kennedy Center Awards tonight (always a great show).

If you grew up in the 70s like I did you dug the Eagles.

Let's hear it. Favorite song.

Go.

I did and I dig.

Times have sure changed.

I saw The Eagles twice. Once at Morehead, the other time at the Capital Center in Landover, MD. That one was with Linda Ronstadt. Ticket cost for that one - 7 bucks.

My mom had tickets to see Elvis at Rupp. He died a week before the show. Ticket price...$7.25 . Yes, she kept the ticket.

Footage is grainy but a rare piece with a young Timothy B. Schmidt with POCO. Nice harmonies.

"Lyin' Eyes" or "New Kid in Town", with "Peaceful Easy Feeling" close of the "oldies"--The crazy great harmonies that was their calling card! Some good ones when they reunited also, as well as many from their earlier work. Sooooooo....... many good ones!

"Victim of Love" by a mile, then 'Those Shoes".

If I have to pick one, I've always been partial to "Take It Easy." There. You win.

Hell done froze over!

Ol' 55, probably. Maybe because it's a Tom Waits song? I don't know.
