December 22, 20169 yr Gotta love it when the kids from Kentucky step up for either team. It was Snider's night. Lead Cards in scoring (22), assists (5), steals (2), and rebounds (6, with 3 others). The game means something to them.
December 22, 20169 yr On a side note, most of America goes to Facebook to talk about these kind of games.... I come here. Love it. #therealsocialnetwork
December 22, 20169 yr This is what happens when UK tries to play football. The sports Gods have to get even somehow...
December 22, 20169 yr Missed free throws killed the cats, but I really can't express on here about how I feel about pitino and his team!
December 22, 20169 yr Yep. Good game Cards. I told my wife before the game I thought UL would win. I'm just not sold on this UK team. Defense is bad and no consistent outside shooting. If Monk is off, the whole team is off. It is the curse of the one and dones. 1 season is not enough time to get a team to learn to play together. It's December. If it was the middle of February, then all those points would be worrisome. There is still a ton of coaching, learning and growing ahead of this group.
December 22, 20169 yr This team is a pretty good free throw shooting team. Just not tonight apparently. All about Bam. The rest of the team was very good at the line tonight.

December 22, 20169 yr Honestly wouldn't most UK fans rather the football team go 0-12 every year as long as the basketball team beats Louisville and makes the Final Four/ win NC? Lesson of the day: Be careful what you wish for.
December 22, 20169 yr Unreal. Snider was outstanding; great night to have his best game as a Cardinal. I'm still just stunned. Always great to get a win over Kentucky and really great to start this brutal four-game stretch with a victory. Great win, now beat Virginia.
December 22, 20169 yr All about Bam. The rest of the team was very good at the line tonight. Missed 3 of his last 4, right? What was he overall? I know they had missed 10 when he went to the line for those last two ( or maybe it was 9). Ironically, Monk hits his FIRST 3 from the Watterson Expressway under the last 30 secs.

Lesson of the day: Be careful what you wish for. Put me in the camp that would rather go 0-12 for a National BBall Title.
