Ok I deal with that. Im honest, when Obama took office I never liked his policies( thought he was a good guy) I wanted him to succeed too. I think on alot of issues Trump will be more to the middle. I think Trump sees stuff like the wall as not so much a right wing issue but a extreme issue to protect Americans even if they dont realize they need protection.

I agree he is more in the middle. The wall is just a stupid idea when more than half of immigrants do not cross that border. Also, if someone wants to get in they can. It is a big waste of time and $$, but I really don't care that he does it.

 

Hispanics are not a threat any more than any other group of citizens or immigrants, probably less. They wouldn't come f people wouldn't pay them. That is the issue with Hispanic immigrants and my guess the people that hire them, if they want them, will find a way to get them here or use another group that can get here another way.

 

To me the wall is symbolic. It was one of the things he threw out there and it stuck. It probably started him on the road to let's see what I can say and they will buy. I may be wrong on the last statement, but that is the way it appeared to me. I have never believed he believed half the stuff he said.

Why should we have to read between the lines? Either he's going to call for a ban or he's not. What happened to the guy who says what he feels which was so refreshing to everyone? His answer is as wishy-washy as it gets and I can't believe you are so excited by this non answer.

I thought the actual EO only placed a 4 month moritorium on those coming from 6 specific countries. So the vetting process could be reviewed.

Why did he not ban citizens of countries who have actually attacked Americans on American soil? Like Saudi Arabia. Why only countries that have refugees that haven't actually committed any terrorist acts? In fact, some of the terrorist attacks in Americs were carried out by US citizens.

Are you sure? I was so sure that I read in other threads that mountain ref's favorite president was FDR and that he believes in the global warming hoax that former Democrat VP Al Gore helped launch.
