True, but does the vetting process for sure tell us which ones are good or evil? Does it tell us which one's are actually Christians or which one's are lying? I guess I just need to know a lot more about this new vetting process.

 

I last read up on the process a few months ago and my memory is failing but I want to say it is a long, drawn out process that takes 12-24 months to get approval. It isn't easy at all. I'll do some more research later today if I get a chance.

Honestly, there is no vetting process that can discern the intentions in a person's heart. And that applies to citizens too. It is so overwhelmingly obvious when we hear it was the quiet kid, the low key guy, the great mom, that commit atrocities.

Trip to where? You are pointing out things Obama did that Trump is repeating. Either you've been falsely complaining the past 8 years or you disagree with what Trump is doing. Please enlighten us.

 

I didn't complain about everything.. Somethings yes. His defiant demeanor against his own country, oh hell yes. His disregard for American lives, oh hell yes. His underhanded sneaky way of doing washingtons business, oh hell yes. His protection of criminals in his party, oh hell yes. His time and time again of jumping to concludions and adding gas to racial fires, oh hell yes. His undermining the american energy options, oh hell yes. His foreign policy was a mess and he picked the two biggest idiots to run it. He pandered to the wackos in the party instead of centralizing his agenda and he alienated a large segment of society.

 

His executive orders didn't bother me so much, his privilege and could be undone by his successor if they didn't agree.

I prayed the ACA would work. I directly benifited from it because I started working on my own and was able to get insurance for my family. I didnt like the fine and the forced participation. Liked the prexisting condition clause. I realize that it's economically unsustainable. It needs to be fixed but I hope it stays.

 

Never had a problem with the increase in food stamps. Lots of poor and working poor. Jesus would feed them and so should we.

 

I wish we could have come together more as a country with our first black president, I won't point fingers, let's just say it didn't happen.

My skin is plenty thick. But that doesn't mean I won't point out when I feel I'm being called out unfairly. And when you quote my post, and use the words "you" and "yours" and say "enjoy your trip to bitterville" I'm not sure why I'm not supposed to believe I'm not the target, especially when I've a target of yours in the past.

Which is why safe zones and protection in their land is better. We can care for refugees without inviting danger home. I hope everyone remembers coming here is a privilege not a right. Some of the refugees may not be terroist but they are not going to assimilate into society very well. Look at the countries in europe and the trouble they are having. No easy answer but our citizens and our safety should come first.

I don't feel like undermined America, the American people or American interests. I think he made decisions based on his vision of America. Everything you feel about Obama is what I feel about Trump. Obama's policies and leadership pleased me. Trump's policies and leadership pleases you. I feel like Trump undermines the whole world and any person who dares criticize him. Most sensitive POTUS I have ever seen in my 42 years of life. He needs to grow up.

I agree but the risks still outway the rewards, when can help, I'm not opposed to that, we just have to think smarter and harder and not jump in. There are plenty of mulsim countries not at war. Would this not be a better fit for their lifestyle and beliefs?

Everyone has always chased the American dream. It is why we are the greatest country on the planet. It wasn't until recently that we got picky about who can and can't chase it.

Reports out of Dulles are saying that Customs and Border Patrol is refusing to follow the stay issued yesterday and keeping a number of people with these visas detained. Attorneys are seeking a contempt of court ruling.

Are you being serious? Our cemeteries are full of the victims of people who were poorly vetted or not vetted at all. Thanks to Obama's wink and a nod border "security" policies, there are millions of "immigrants" who were not vetted at all and have no legal right to be in this country. The truth is that our government has no earthly idea how many potential terrorists are in this country.
