Trump says US will prioritize Christian refugees The question I have is are we vetting these refugees the same way? The reason I ask is couldn't they just claim to be Christian to get in? I'm hoping they thought of something this simple. Unless we have boots on the ground to garner real time intelligence we run into the same vetting hurdles as for muslim refugees. No national records or record systems.

Imams have been on record telling their jihadist to lie in order to achieve their goal and Allah will forgive them. So yes it's a possibility. Without the ability to vet anyone from that area I defer back to safe zones and protection closer to home. We need boots on the ground. We can't take anybody's word for granted as the truth.

I don't have the answer, but I think this is merely symbolic to show he's keeping a campaign promise. I also think it's a bit harsh in the sense that all Muslims aren't bad. Does it tell us which one's are actually Christians or which one's are lying? I guess I just need to know a lot more about this new vetting process.

My skin is plenty thick. But that doesn't mean I won't point out when I feel I'm being called out unfairly. And when you quote my post, and use the words "you" and "yours" and say "enjoy your trip to bitterville" I'm not sure why I'm not supposed to believe I'm not the target, especially when I've a target of yours in the past.
