Kasey Clark of Russell. RB/DB/KR. May be even better defense than he is a running back. And that is saying something.

Matt Thomas of Ashland, excels on both sides of the ball and on special teams.

He doesn't play defense, but pound for pound (to use the boxing term), Jordan Kramer is as good as anyone.

Oldbird, I agree, as does my son who plays for a NKy team.:fight:

Cory Jackson, Brandon Ford, Donald Walker, Nathan Griffith, Chris Lewis - just to name a few - all Mercer County TITANS!

Other Mercer Titans to watch out for are Rashad Buster, DeMarkus Masterson, Freeman Edwards, Chase Wofford, Blake Arnold, Aaron Bee.... and the list could go on and on and on and on.........

Mboro's Casey Earls led the Jackets in scoring, rushing yards, all-purpose yards, tackles, punt returns, and K/O returns last season.

Kaelin Ammons -Franklin Co.Mr. Football Candidate@ Qb(just passed10000 total yards career),2nd on team last year in tackles,Numerous int's.

Total package!

:thumb: Mr. Football candiate and a State Championship MVP! Last year had over 1500 yards and 44 td's! this year 306 yards on 48 carries and 7 TD's through 3 games plus a huge interception! He takes half the fied away on defense because teams avoid his side! Lexington Herald quoted that he was one of the top 5 all around football players in the state! And Coach Ivan McGlone does absoluetly no stat padding. :thumb:

Ryan Howard - Leslie County

Ammons and Clark were both at the EKU-WKU game on Saturday. That could be 2 great signees for the Colonels!

Chris Lewis Mercer is a true player and leader for the Titans. Was a stand out before the merger and continuees to stand out defensively. Of course we know defense ofetn gets looked over for the glory

Matt Thomas - Ashland

Kasey Clark - Russell

Gatlin Barker - Boyd

Joe Gamsky #40 is a great all around player. He is a 6'1 215 lb. LB/FB for South Oldham. In the first four games he has 47 tackles, 3 caused fumbles, 2 rec. fumbles, 6 QB sacks, and 4 defended passes on defense. He also has over 400 yds. of offense and 5 td's in 4 games. He is also doing a great job on special teams and blocking for the QB (one sack all year) and RB-see below

South Oldham also has an all purpose running back/slot/KR named Seth Gordon #20. He is 5'9 192 and he has over 1000 yards of total offense so far to go along with 11 td's in 4 games.

Jordan Kramer - Highlands

Doug Beaumont - Male

Vic Anderson - St. X

All around would probably be Beaumont because he does everything

When the question of best "all-around" player in Kentucky is posed, how can there be any other answer than Henry Clay's Chase Minnifield.

He has run for touchdowns, he has caught a pass for a touchdown, he has thrown for touchdowns, he has recovered a fumble for a touchdown, he has intercepted a pass for a touchdown, he tackles, he punts, he kicks extra points and field goals, but no...........he has not yet played the tuba in Henry Clay's marching band nor sold popcorn at the concession stand.

This thread is not open for debate........Minnifield in a landslide!

Daniel Pugh from Paintsville. He plays on both sides of the ball, QB and LB, and I believe he is on all special teams.
