This will be fun to watch to see how this years young Cats play under the national spotlight against at top tier program. What does everyone else think? Go Cats!!

Looking forward to seeing how the U.K. Freshmen handle playing on this national stage. Early is the time to get MSU, I believe that Izzo has a young team as well and he doesn't have them playing the rough, physical style, that is his trademark, as well as he will late season.

U.K, with Briscoe, Willis, Humphries and Hawkins has ones that have been there done that and will be valuable in blending with our talented freshmen.

U.K. by a dozen or so.

Kentucky by 10+, Expecting a big game out of Briscoe and Willis who've been on this stage before. This is good for the Freshman's, I'm excited to see how UK does in the first major test, they have to rebound, if they get out rebounded Tuesday I'll be shocked, due to injury MSU only has 2 players taller than 6'6, the Cats have Bam, Gabriel, Humphries, Killeya-Jones, Willis, and also Wynyard deep down the bench this season, Have to be physical against an Izzo squad.

Michigan State will have problems matching UK's size inside. Ward and Bridges can more than hold their own against any big that UK rolls out there but at some point the interior depth of UK will wear those two down.

I also don't think Michigan State can score enough to beat the Wildcats. UK is young and has their flaws but I don't see them having issues scoring against anyone. Will definitely be interesting to see if Izzo goes with some sort of zone to force UK to beat them from outside as that has been a question mark all summer and leading up to Tuesday.

Got the approval from the new wife to use a night in Jamaica to watch the game at one of the resort bars. Hoping to find some fellow Cats fans.

Kentucky 72-64.

Exactly. Gotta set the tone of this marriage early.

They are everywhere, trust me. We watched the SEC tourney in Jamaica. There were fans everywhere.

The cats don't shoot the ball well, that's going to be their downfall this season as well as this game. Michigan State pulls off the upset, if you wanna call it that.

MSU has never been a good early season team. UK by ~10.

If Michigan State turns it over as much as they did Friday it could be a long night for Sparty. Cats 72-58.
