October 15, 201610 yr Gave orders that Killed OBL ACA (agree or not, it's what he'll be remembered for) Those are the top that come to mind and what I think historians will point to first.
October 15, 201610 yr In fairness this is a question for a decade from now, but I'll play along. 1. Won the presidency twice as a black man. 2. In charge when Osama Bin Laden was killed. 3. Sponsored and created a national healthcare plan. Healthcare is a Right in the richest nation in the world. 4. Extracted the US from wars we were directly involved in. 5. Pulled our country from the brink of a Great Depression. Just for starters.
October 16, 201610 yr Doubled the national debt in a mere 8 years - and that's just for starters. We are the world's largest debtor nation and for the first time in generations our children's and grandchildren's future prospects are worse than our own were. As for positive accomplishments, the list is short: 1. He is undoubtedly the best teleprompter reader of any president in history. 2. Federally owned golf courses in the metro DC area have never looked better.
October 16, 201610 yr ^Example of someone who was never going to give Obama a chance, way before he was ever elected.
October 16, 201610 yr Author I knew this was a tough question when really put to the test, but wanted to be fair given all the Obama love now that he and the first lady is soon to be moving to another address and give all his supporters a thread to bask in the glow of all he has done specially for the good ole USA. Keep them coming.
October 16, 201610 yr ^Example of someone who was never going to give Obama a chance, way before he was ever elected. Example of someone who was going to vote for Obama no matter what.
October 16, 201610 yr Example of someone who was going to vote for Obama no matter what. Wrong, per usual.
October 16, 201610 yr Doubt it. I only voted for Obama on his second term because I was genuinely satisfied with his first term. Admittedly, I was on the fence both times, but I chose him. So like I said, wrong.
October 16, 201610 yr Doubt it. To add, it IS possible for people to weigh their options on both sides of the card, without completely writing a candidate off based solely on their political affiliation.
October 16, 201610 yr Should be remembered for helping destroy the Middle East during the Arab Spring and allowing ISIS to become what they are. Also remembered for allowing Hillary to get away and help get away with from taking all the foreign money for personal gain and not go to jail over her email scandal. Also I remember him more for accusing the cops of acting stupidly when they arrested that loud mouth professor and then having to go back on what he said. Cause HE acted stupidly.
October 16, 201610 yr To add, it IS possible for people to weigh their options on both sides of the card, without completely writing a candidate off based solely on their political affiliation. But you can judge someone and it's completely fine? :ohbrother:
