There have been multiple incidents of folks breaching White House security during his two terms. I can't imagine they were coming to say hello but I'll readily admit that I have no true information at all to back up my speculation that they were coming to kill him.

There were multiple breaches with other Presidents as well, heck dude crashed a plane into the White House when Clinton was there. A guy shot it up from the street in 94 and many have scaled the fence. I don't think anyone that has scaled the fence over the last 8 years has been armed, maybe the one guy that was shot...so maybe they were just wanting to sit down and have a beer with the President

I don't pay attention to most of the things she says. I had no clue she said they were assissination attempts. I think all people scaling the White House fence have bad intentions. Can I prove it? No. I believe that though. People are crazy and you have to be bat crap crazy to scale the White House fence.
