To say that Obama's negotiating skills are non-existent is to give him the benefit of doubt. Obama has made open trade with Cuba a reality and he went down to Cuba and crapped all over them in a press conference about their political prisoners while still in Cuba. That's not a loss to me.

That's not a loss to me.Any deal with Cuba that fails to include full restitution for Castro's theft of American property and does not result in a free Cuba is a loss. I suspect that we will never know who actually gained in the deal with Cuba besides the Cuban tyrants.
