I was thinking the same. Post his name on here and we will all make offensive comments towards him.

Nobody puts @Bluto on double secrect probation!

TAC, this post might be enough to turn me to the dark side!!

I won't post his name, but it's fun to picture it. He's a retired veterinarian, which might explain his sensitivity to puppies. He also likes to remind people of his level of education, and that he's able to comment intelligently on many subjects.

I'm really tempted to increase his overall scope of knowledge with this page: Dog meat - Wikipedia

Don't worry, I won't actually do it (Must. Resist. The Dark Side.)

25 million dogs eaten per year by humans?

And actually, BGP has been a great therapeutic release. I really don't need to respond, but I'm glad to have a place to vent (& have friends who will talk me down!).

I really do appreciate all of you.

Back in 1988 when I went to Thailand, I had the opportunity to try it. I declined, but it showed me that it's not a taboo in some cultures.

This guy must hate Dr. Demento.

And Chinese buffets.

I double dog dare you to send him a friend request.

I just would have told him to unfriend me and not the other way around if he was that offended and I wouldn't have responded to him after that. I'm a little late to the party obviously.

What is Facebook?

A social website consisting solely of political and social activist videos with the occasional puppey/kitten video for good measure.

Sorry my attempt at humor so offended you. I will unfriend you as you request and also recommend that you never listen to anything done by Richard Pryor or Lenny Bruce.

Or George Carlin, or Robin Williams, or Ron White, or on and on and....

After the dog meat thing you mentioned, I'd also send a soundtrack of a giant belch with someone saying "my bad" at the end.

(You know Senator Blutarsky would)

I would have unfriended him, but not before giving him one of those political apologies. Something like, "I am sorry for not realizing how thin skinned and easily offended you are."

I rarely login to Facebook and I never discuss politics there for the same reason that any kind of negotiation should always be done in person if at all possible. There is too much non-verbal communication that goes on in a face to face meeting that is lost in the written word. If I am going to offend people with my political opinions and jokes, then I prefer that they are strangers to me. Politicians are not worth risking friendships over.
