It ain't like CovCath is a model of consistency this year either. Dixie has played well but I'm not sold on them yet either. Should be some good games among the three when they meet.

I think teams have just figured out that they need to stuff between the tackles, have diciplined ends they stay home and don't get sucked in... Make the birds throw the ball.

Brand new field house and weight room does nothing but make kids feel like they already earned something that they havent. Every player on that team needs to be COACHED and have the determination of the players that played in the old dirty beat up locker room and weight room. These kids are living on their high horse with these facilities but these facilities do not guarantee wins.

They did have several small kids in those runs, but they always had some beef to go along with it. The small kids were super quick while the attention was on the beef! This year it's the old Wendy's commercial "where's the beef?" And a lot of times some of those smaller kids looked a lot smaller on the field because they were short. But they were actually pretty thick under the pads. This group doesn't have a lot of that. They just weren't blessed with size. Great, conditioned athletes, just not football size like they used to have to push these big schools around. It comes and goes. They've been playing over a hundred years and they don't have 100 state championships.
