BA defended T's short passing game well but T was able to counter with some very nice running, both designed and improvised, by the QB, Blackburn, and by the RB's, mainly Smith and Thomas. As you would expect, BA was well coached and IMO had T scouted well. Thought T's defense played very well for the most part but did surrender an 80-yard TD on a 1st down pass after a touchback, a 71-yard TD run by the QB on a 4th and 1 and a 45-yard pass to the T 3 yard line--which led to a TD on the next play. It seemed to me that throughout the game Trinty substituted very freely on both lines, showing good depth. I thought T met the challenge of this game in convincing fashion. On to Lafayette next week, then Male at home.

Funny how everyone who, umm, doesn't love Trinity, comes together when they play an out of state team. Love that KY pride.

Nice job Rocks!!

Trinity had around 330 yards rushing.

Blackburn and Thomas carried the load.

BA had three big plays....we held them to 0-8 on 3rd down....we had 3 int's.

Gutsy performance by the Rocks against a very good and talent laden Brentwood club. Still have much to improve but I like the resolve of this team. It was an impressive victory.:ylsuper:
