Candidate Trump's Mental Health--- Your Thoughts?

Featured Replies

Is she or does she know anyone trying to kill anyone else?

Why, because someone is Muslim, do you think they'd know a terrorist? That's an absurd and ridiculous assumption.

Answer the question.

Answer the question. I'm not assuming anything it was a question not a statement... Yes or no?

Of course not. Why is that even a question? Do you ask the same question of white Christians?

And you're absolutely assuming something. You're assuming because she's a Muslim she's more likely to be associated with someone who is a terrorist.

Just a bet backed by stat's but I'd bet they are more likely to know someone than I am . I'd even go far out on a limb and say the chances are like double or even triple , maybe a gadzillion times higher ?

Not that it makes them a terrorist at all, its time we all accept a certain amount of racial profiling to protect all innocents of all races . ( and before the lib's have a field day , I mean vetting a traveler flying in from Syria more thoroughly than a 82 grandma flying from dallas to houston)

Ok, no I don't. Thanks for answering. Now she is not trying to kill me or anyone. She doesn't know anyone who is. So you think I would discriminate against her in some way? You are doing what you think I am lumping people, who by the way never attacked or hurt another country or person for any reason except self defense in with bigots because they have been targeted by fanatics of a religion. Give your friend a hug and tell her not all people wish her ill will. Now next question you avoided. What has my family or I done to have another religion declare war on us?

But you are discriminating against her when you ask those questions for the simple fact that she's a Muslim. Do you not see that?

I don't know you, so I don't know how you can expect me to answer that question. My guess, as is the case with most people, is nothing. Of course, I don't think you or your family (again just guessing) have been attacked either.

Side note, I'm not intentionally avoiding any questions. Those seemed like rather obvious rhetorical questions to me.

When in my post did I even mention religion? And I did say if they know! By definition if your are aware of a plot to kill Americans and you do nothing, you are taking part, ie. traitor or a sympathiser. Has nothing to do with religion. So far the Muslim community has been sitting back and allowing attacks to happen from these radicized mosques. Some have had some prior knowledge to these events or people. Then they defend the perpetrator as the victim. I stand by my comment. Has nothing to do with who you bow to. It's about stop trying to kill me because of who I bow to. Do you understand that?

Many Muslim Americans and Muslims around the world have denounced the radicals. It doesn't get much media play, but googling will show you what FoxNews and CNN don't.

How does Trump saying (paraphrasing) when referring to Mrs. Khan, that he'd "like to hear from her, but she just stood, probably wasn't allowed to say anything" do anything but disparage the family and stereotype Muslims? How is that an answer to anything that Mr. Khan said?

Relevant, I guess. :lol2:

Correct, we don't know each other and I'm asking these questions, even though they seem obvious so that we can get to a understanding about our positions even though we may not agree. This is me playing nice. I've stated before but ill reiterate. My wife is American / Jamaican. Born in the Us to jamaican legal immigrants. Been together 25 years have 4 children together. We have raised our kids to see the good in people, to not judge and try to not let people judge you by your skin. Not a bigoted bone in my body my friend. Never has, never was. Stopped speaking to my father at the age of 15 due to his constant racist rhetoric. Never have spoken to him to this day. So there you should know where I stand on racism. I truly come from a neutral space on judgement. Now that being said when people run around the public, not a battlefield mind you, with guns, bombs, or whatever vehicle of death they choose killing indiscriminately women, children, men for no other reason than they have declared war on us and since I go into public that Includes my family, I take notice. No my family has not been attacked. Do you think for a second anyone who died in a terror attack since 9/11 has thought " hey , today ill die by the hand of radical islamic muslim terrorists". ? Of course not. So I don't know if my family and I will happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. You said American muslims aren't the problem. That's not true. The last 5 attacks or so have been committed by American muslims.. Fact. Since I have not declared war with anyone and they have declared war on all of us, yes they will kill you and your family too and not care, I have a right to be leary, and somewhat skeptical. They are playing with death and we are playing with keyboards. It's not even close to being the same consequences for our actions. So for the first time in my life I find myself judging people for their character before I know them out of fear of death. This is troubling to me but I would rather be alive snd people get over their hurt fellings but live another day to complain. This is what terroism does. What their intent is. So when I say it's a muslim problem it is. Who is closer to the situation to know who the bad guys are me or the people who frequent the mosques who are preaching this stuff? Thats why I say if you are muslim and truly are for America, step up take control of your religion and turn in the ones who make you all suspect to all of us innocent people who HAVE DONE NOTHING TO YOU but welcomed you into our country. If you can't do that you ARE part of the problem. Not me or my family...

Are you OK with the Dems parading Mr. Khan out to do their dirty work?

Before you have a cow, I am on record saying I did not agree with Trump's remarks.
