Ask the people like Kaine's father. Ask those who didn't get paid for their work, for the supplies they delivered. Tell that to the companies who folded because of those practices. Broken promises is not hardly dark enough. A good portion of the time he looked at them and said I'm not paying what we agreed to because I don't want to, and take it to court if you want.
