June 7, 201610 yr This is so totally asinine I can't believe it was actually let through the courts, much less actually ruled in this scumbags favor. Man sued for $3
June 7, 201610 yr It's pitiful that this was allowed to spiral out of control. We've lost our sense of reason.
June 7, 201610 yr I did a little Google Research and found that my cousin has been the Judge on at least one of his cases and dismissed it. He then took that ruling to the State Supreme Court where my Cousin's ruling was upheld.
June 7, 201610 yr Zavodnik, a native of Ukraine who moved to the United States in 1987 under a grant of political asylum... Why is a scumbag like this allowed to stay in America?
June 7, 201610 yr A little further research I found that my Cousin has dismissed a great many of this guys cases and has recused himself from many others. They are in fact, running out of Judges in Indianapolis that will not recuse themselves from his cases due to his actions and demeanor in the court room.
June 7, 201610 yr How do they allow him to keep his license? License?! He don't need no stinkin' license!

June 7, 201610 yr I read that he has won 2 cases and received a total of around $2,500 but has awards totaling $100K that he hasn't collected on yet. Has had 100's of cases thrown out.

June 7, 201610 yr It's lucky for him that none of his victims have Mob connections. That depends on your definition of "Mob", I just found out that he has actually sued my cousin for dismissing a lot of his frivolous lawsuits. I'll just say that I'm glad that my cousin's family on his other side is friendly to my side of the family
June 7, 201610 yr It's lucky for him that none of his victims have Mob connections. You know, I was thinking something similar. One of these days, he's going to pick on the wrong guy, at the wrong time, and SNAP! (I'm thinking along the lines of Michael Douglas in Falling Down). He'll find that the other guy is represented by the law firm of Smith and Wesson.
