Great pitching duel last night between Brossart's Megan Seiter and Dixie's hurler (Samantha Yake?). Hits were scarce...solid defense all around by both teams. Lady Stangs threaten in 4th with two-out triple by Amanda Lloyd but was stranded. Then in the 5th, Kaitlyn Seiter launches a HR for a 1-0 lead. Lady Stangs play add-on with a run in the top of the 7th with a RBI single by Amanda Graus.

 

Dixie is another team I'd add in the mix for a surprise run this year and definitely next year...pretty solid team.
