If Carr does that it will be the first time in his career. His helter-skelter style, hacking and fouling game is legendary. Goes 10-12 deep, and they are interchangeable except J. Ohmer. As long as he is in the game, Carr feels they are right where he wants them. Scott will commit a minimum of 25 fouls, and Carr will complain on everyone of them. Do a Google search on intense and his picture pops up.

The difference in the game will be on the glass. Teams are able to zone Scott because they lack any real threat of second chance opportunities. If Augusta can contest shots (which also means preventing Ohmer from penetrating) and box out, they will win this game by close to double figures.

Can the Panther mystique continue one more game? Heart says yes. Head says Scott wins in late. Eagles on a late Ohmer 3.

If Scott wins this game I will be shocked. Genuinely surprised.

If Augusta sits in the 2-3 then Scott's role players have to step up. Trame, Dumlao, and Chad Ohmer need to be a viable threat from behind the arc. The key is the turnover battle and which team controls the pace. Teams with effective bigs have given Scott trouble in recent years. Scott can match Augusta in terms of size. Scott will be more athletic. If, IF...Scott can force turnovers, with student-athletes like Perrin, Dumlao, and Ohmer brothers Scott can make it rough for Augusta to grind it out. I will take the Eagles by 7. Either way the Senior class from Augusta has been great to follow.

I don't see Brad Carr slowing the game down. Go Eagles!!!

I think this game will be a back and forth battle. With my panthers pulling away late in the 4th from the charity stripe !
