I don't believe Republicans have to offer more/bigger programs to win women and minority voters over, but they have to take those groups and the issues they care about seriously. Thus far, it's been more lucrative to disparage them. As Dick Armey said "you can't call her ugly all year and expect her to go to prom with you."

And that's where Trump will fail (has failed) miserably.

Actually, the GOP is targeting minorities and college kids in its voter-suppression efforts. If they could figure out a way to also include women, I'm sure they would.

We could do Cincy ... or discuss the suppression trial under way in N.C. ... or the Supreme Court nullifying voting rights laws. Lots of options for discussion. I don't get too worked up by all the GOP suppression efforts, though. These types of endeavors usually backfire ... end up just energizing the intended target.

The Black community has been ignored for decades by both parties. Republicans because they figure they can't get the vote anyway and Democrats because they figure they can't lose the vote anyway. Hispanics are next.

He finished third. He is currently polling 3rd or below in all states. You do realize he has to win a majority to win the nomination? Bush is polling higher in a few states.

Only the ones who truly understand the political process. It was reported last summer that Bill Clinton was very worried about him, as were many others at the top of the Dem food chain.
