January 20, 201610 yr Author @nWo, Do you think the E-Town area should be worried about ice? The snow I can handle but I've saw several predictions for ice coming my way. Now that I can't abide... As always, thanks for what you do brother. On Friday I see a slight chance of freezing rain/ice but little or no accumulation. Also around 2-4" of snow by Saturday evening.
January 20, 201610 yr Author NWO why does the weather channel never show NKY with snow until the day of? I really have no idea but IMO I think the tv outlets don't update as much as they could because they want people to tune in to their broadcasts. Also for ratings to make advertising dollars.

January 21, 201610 yr Ok, so my daughter has to be in Lexington by 8 Fri morning to take he NCLEX exam for Nursing. She is going the night before to stay so she doesn't have to drive from NKY. She will be driving home later that day. Will that be an issue?

All of the models show Lexington as being one of the area's hardest hit and it doesn't look like it will be all over with until Saturday evening.

It's Friday afternoon that will be a little concerning. Maybe 2-4" in Lexington by the afternoon. Edited January 21, 201610 yr by nWo

January 21, 201610 yr Have you seen any new updates @nWo? I just took look at weather underground and they have bumped the numbers up for the Ashland area. The numbers they're giving are a bit depressing.
