Winter Storm or not, there's a huge difference in those ranges and it's getting close to crunch time to make decisions for Friday. Can't answer that for you. I just put out what I see. It is up to the individual if they want to make a call on anything concerning the weather.

January 20, 201610 yr Author KY weather center has some of us NKY folks right on the line to get 3-8 inches. :eek: He's typically pretty aggressive with his snow fall predictions. I don't follow him any more.

January 20, 201610 yr Author How come? Because mainly of what was said in the post I quoted. He's a little over aggressive with his projections. Also because now as I get more involved with watching weather and learning How to predict it I don't really watch tv weather forecasts anymore.

January 20, 201610 yr Yep people here in the Frankfort area don't know what to think...One place says 1-2 inches, have heard people going around saying they have seen as much as 14 inches predicted. Puzzling for sure.
January 20, 201610 yr Yesterday at 6:00 PM all the local stations and weather channel were predicting 5-8 inches for the Jackson purchase. We got 1-2 in most and 3-4 in others. They were all off.
