Theres no doubt they have the talent to be there, but i agree with them not being ranked, just because you play good teams close and lose, means nothing. There are no moral victories in losing. These are the best rankings in the state, keep up the good work

With all due respect I'll disagree. If they'd have been run out of the gym in those games, they'd not be on anyone's radar.

I really don't see Cooper as a top 20 team. They had a nice win over Cov Cath, but I'm not even sure that Cov Cath is a legit top 20 team.

 

I'm also not at all sold on Trinity as a top 10 team. I think each of those teams' rankings have more to do with tradition than with their 2015-16 squads.

 

Otherwise, I think it looks really good.

I think it depends on Stearns' status. If he's in and healthy, they're still top 20 to 25.

Lots of teams with tradition not in there. No Ballard, No LexCath, I could go on. I think that some of the holiday tourneys will flesh out some of the ranking once the first of the year rolls around.

What teams would you put in ahead of Cooper and CovCath? Have you seen either team play?

 

Trinity is 5-0 and has defeated CovCath at CovCath and Fern Creek who by all accounts is one of the top 15 teams in the state. Trinity is traditionally a "system" team that runs Coach Szabo's offense and defense meticulously regardless of the talent there. Trinity has a recent past history of consistently being a top 15 team in the state. At this point in the very young season what team 11-15 should be ahead of them?
