Off the top of my head I am thinking no one is even close to touching that resume.

Southwestern is overrated. Some football players thinking they're basketball stars.

I'll wait for the AP and other polls to come out. All polls have bias though. With that said, polls are polls, especially when you have people voting that go by "resumes" LOL and not actually go out and watch teams other than their own.

It's funny you discredit South's win by saying Cordia was struggling when Cordia was coming off a win over Southwestern. I believe South started Cordia's struggles. LOL.

I don't really care who they have or have not played. I've seen Trinity, Mercer and Bullitt East, all teams that are listed as top 5. And I've seen South Laurel. No question that they are a top 20 team. True story.

That may be true. Resumes go a long way. The logic that they only lost to Mercer County by 1 and to Owen by 2 in Double OT doesn't work for me. There's a chance they'll be ranked when the next rankings come out. At the time of the release of these rankings they hadn't defeated a good team yet.

I guarantee I've seen more teams in these rankings than you have and you actually get paid to do it. I'm doing it for free. I'll make it down to see your precious South Laurel team sooner or later and if you want to give me gas money, pay for my time missed at my job(26 bucks an hour) and make sure they aren't playing on a day when my son is playing I'll come watch them. Until then they need to beat somebody. Period.

It's a shame someone with your background and qualifications would rather spend time tearing down our rankings and rankings process over rankings from nearly two weeks ago instead of allowing the process to work itself through. You're so butt hurt over South Laurel's exclusion from what....the second or third rankings of the season it is laughable to be honest. You'd rather discredit our rankings and bully us into putting South Laurel in the rankings rather than having some patience. You're older than I am but you're acting like a teenage girl who was stood up at prom. These rankings aren't perfect. We'll admit that but to see someone like you acting like this over the second or third rankings of the season has opened my eyes for sure. I always thought you were better than that. Guess not.

I'll defend our rankings every time they are released. It is disappointing and disheartening to see someone who used to be involved with the BGP rankings discrediting the rankings the way Les is simply because the team he wants to be in the rankings hasn't been chosen yet.
