Who should make the All BGP Team for the 2015-16 season
Blake Smith from Clay County is as good as any guard out there. His numbers will stack against anybody's and he does it on Both ends of Floor. 21 ppg, 4.2 ast, 2.9 stls, 2.4 blks and 3.6 reb. He is shooting over 56 percent from field and over 41 percent from 3. While also guard the best player from opponents team. He simply cant not be guarded 1 on 1.

Clay County 72 North Laurel 64 (49th District Championship)
Clays wins the 49th district tonight, good game throughout, Blake Smith was simply unstoppable tonight. Finished with 30 pts, 3 blks, 3 ast, and 5 reb. This regional tournament is gonna be a blast.

Perry County Central 70 Hazard 69 (54th District Semifinals)
Hazard got robbed plain and simple, give it up pap. Your a homer trying to convince an impartial jury. The jury all agree this was an absolute terrible call. If this was my team i would just tuck my head between my legs and be happy my team is still playing.

Perry County Central 70 Hazard 69 (54th District Semifinals)
Yes there is video it was on WYMT live, Like I said I have no dog in this fight what so ever, this is a completely unbiased opinon. You perry guys can say what you want but the video on the last play is un debatable, and IMO the charge call as well.

Perry County Central 70 Hazard 69 (54th District Semifinals)
Called a foul with 0.6 left in a tie game. Blair makes first game over. Wasnt even close to a foul. Plus a terrible charge call on Frazier with a minute to go. Pretty much Hazard got robbed, and i have no dog in this fight.

Perry County Central 70 Hazard 69 (54th District Semifinals)
Terrible call with no time left to send Blair to line for free throws. Replay showed no foul.

2016 KABC Region Players of the Year
No, i 1000 percent agree with you REZ, Blake leads the team in Scoring, assists, blocks, steals, deflections, fg percent, 3 pt field goal percent. And is in the top 5 in every major category in the region with the exception of rebounding. He also guards the opposing teams best player 90 percent of the time. At worst i was expecting co players of year. But it is what it is. Taylor has been a media magnet this year. Congrats to him he is deserving but Blake Smith is also.

Clay County 86 Cordia 63
Clay played inspired basketball tonight on Senior night. Really played well. Pulled the starters with 4 min to go. Blake Smith led with 30 pts, 3 ast, and 5 stls, and 3 blocks in his final home game for the tigers.

Kentucky HS players or McDonald's All-Americans?
Id rather win with 1 n dones than lose like Tubby with a bunch of mid major talent level players.

Kentucky HS players or McDonald's All-Americans?
Skal will still be a draft pick, goodin has a long way to go before being considered as a draft pick. Team success doesn't always equate with individual talent. Goodin is a nice player but hes not UK nice.

Kentucky HS players or McDonald's All-Americans?
None of those mentioned have the talent to play at uk. Sorry truth is the truth.

Lexington Catholic 85 Clay County 73
Smith finished with 29pts 12 reb 3stls Farmer finished witg 20 pts 6 reb.

Lexington Catholic 85 Clay County 73
This was a 2 pt game with less than 4 minutes to go, and clay just fell apart. Also Clays best player Blake Smith played the entire game with virtually 1 hand. Kid probably shouldnt have been on floor but gutted it out. He is scheduled for tests monday to see the extent of his hand injury. Still Catholic played much better down stretch and deserved the win.

Clay County 72 Knox Central 62
Tigers had as many as a 17 pt lead and coast to a 10 pt win. Clay is passing the ball much better and starting to look like they did early in the year. Wes wolfe is playing really well of late, taking some of the pressure off of Smith and Farmer. Farmer 20 pts, 12 reb Smith 18 pts, 8 ast, 5 steals Wolfe 18 pts, 6 reg

Under-Recruited Players in 2016?
Blake Smith from Clay County is under recruited IMO. He is ranked in the top 15 in class of 2016. Kids numbers are as good or better than anyone in the state while having to guard the best player on the other team night in and out. He also faces double teams almost every night. Leads team in scoring, fg percentage, steals, assists, blocks and deflections. He currently holds several NAIA offers and is being recruited by several D2 schools, but can't seem to garner alot of D1 interest. He regularly out performs kids that have already received d1 offers and shuts alot of them down. I definitely agree with if your not on a top level AAU team then your not getting looked at.

Clay County 87 Shelby County 62
Clay dominates from the tip, and really played well. Clays offense seems to be much better since moving Smith to the point for the majority of the games. Smith 26 pts 9-11 fg 8 reb 6 ast Farmer 25 pts 8-17 fg 8 reb 6ast Wolfe 20 pts 9-12 fg 4 reb

Clay County 74 Jackson County 42
Tigers win easily on the road tonight. Blake Smith led the tigers 20 pts Trey Farmer chips in 16pts. Both played less than 3 qtrs. Smith had 2 monster dunks, 1st was a one handed tomahawk in traffic and the 2nd was an off the backboard pass from Sexton in traffic over 2 kids. Maybe best ive seen, gonna try to get video.

North Laurel 61 Clay County 57
Clay has to figure out how to win games with a slow tempo, There defense is absolutely terrible, Way too much talent to be playing the way they are, if the kids don't buy in quick and accept there roles this will be a wasted season.

Corbin 69 South Laurel 66
South got out coached BIG time tonight. Have to and I mean HAVE to find a way to get TAYLOR more touches, South will not get out of district with Grubb, Anders, and Griffth having more touches than Taylor.

Tyler Bezold college choices
I think he fits at a lower level NAIA school or D3, just dont see him playing at a top tier NAIA or D2 school
