And I would now argue against them. The FBI wanted to see what this event at the party was exactly, what may have set him off there? Were they planning a terrorist attack? Yes. But the question was, was this a terrorist attack or work place violence? What made them possibly move up their plans? As they had all of these pipe bombs left at home?

 

Such things as the females FB? Or whatever it was around the time would have been a big clue to the FBI. This is just an odd situation, as it was a party for his work place and not a significant or very crowned place. Horrible lose of life, and it could have been a lot worse.

I say that they were planning more than one attack. That's why they left the rest of the pipe bombs at home and why they never left the area. Numerous terrorism experts have said that.

 

It seems they were going back home when they were spotted by police who were outside of their apartment and the chase ensued.

 

There is a distinct difference in the two shootings. The CA terrorists were willing to die for their cause, it's very evident the Colorado shooter wasn't.

IMO it was a bad move. Most likely a case of the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. With this many agencies involved it could happen.

I would say so. Seems to me chain of custody has been destroyed.

Not an obsession but just want to know why we haven't seen her yet.

The place was released back to the landlord so he/she can do whatever they want with it now. I would say that it is bad form though to let the news people inside to go through these people's things. Those items now belong to the baby and their family.

I honestly have never seen the media unable to get a picture of a killer, 48 hours after they were caught.

Wouldn't you think they would have dusted for fingerprints? None of the reporters, who were handling everything, yet did not have that black powder on them. Do they dust for prints differently, I hoped maybe they used another newer method ?

It's just very odd about what happened in that apartment today. No finger print dust? If the Feds didn't say that people could be in there, with this now being called a terrorist act, the landlord best be sure that he as given the ok, if not he could very likely face charges.

But either way, the landlord had no right to allow anyone but family in that apartment at this point. The press rummaging through private property?
