Why didn't Kash Daniel play against Pikeville?

Since you asked for some speculation, how would everyone feel if Kash is being shunned by his fellow teammates now and actually had to leave school because of the treatment?

Somewhere in here one or more adults did something and Kash is getting pounded for it. If Kash really is a victim everyone needs to quit advancing false narratives and tell the truth. If someone goes under the bus, they go under the bus, at least it won't be Kash under the bus.

Furthermore, if the Paintsville Coaching Staff is telling people something other than the truth (no matter their intentions) that is a huge problem and the kind of thing that costs people their jobs.

If UK is telling teams/players they can't play in high school games then UK needs to be exposed.

I agree with all this. More often than not when you try to cover up the truth you make the act worse instead of better.

Who's blaming Kash or so called "throwing him under the bus". Anyone, fan of Paintsville or not, should understand why he didn't play that game. Just like Pitino not allowing Andersen to play in the national championship against Arizona although he was "medically cleared". Why chance it? The boys future is to bright and if he's father made the call to keep him out, so be it.

When you are ready to add something to the thread we are ready to listen.

Clyde, once he received his official offer letter, his scholarship is protected. If he would of gotten injured in any game during his senior year, his scholly would of been fulfilled by UK even if it was career ending. That's a fact. Reassuring to get that letter for kids during their Sr. season.

Only for one year though correct?

Well, that's a damn shame. I stand corrected. Just can't believe people are turning against a kid who has done nothing but bring exposure to a school, city, and area. And positive exposure at that. Pitiful.

Now how about asking around for us and seeing what you can find out.

For the past year, Tiger supporters have told Johnson County kids come to Paintsville and play for a state title. Now we have Johnson Central playing for a state title and Paintsville is practicing basketball. Add in the fact of how they are treating one of their own and answer the following question, "What kid in their right mind would leave the Johnson Central program and cross the creek?" #KARMA

Kash is going to be on WLAP Sunday Morning Sports Talk this week with Larry Vaught and the guys. It would be interesting if they were to ask about his injury and why he didn't play against Pikeville. But they are not know for hard-hitting journalism on the radio show.
